Last updated: 12 August 2026
Abula Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and what rights you have over it.
It applies to this website and to the enquiry forms we operate on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of our clients.

What we collect
If you submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, where you provide one
- The service you are enquiring about
- The date and time of your enquiry
If you book a call with us through this website
Bookings are handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any details you enter, and shares them with us so we can attend the call. Calendly's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
If you simply visit this website
We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider records standard server logs for security and reliability. The embedded Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.
We do not collect payment card details, identity documents, or any special category data (such as health, ethnicity, religion or political opinions) through this website or our enquiry forms.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We collect your enquiry details for one purpose: to pass them to the local business you enquired with, so that business can contact you about the service you asked about.
Our lawful basis is consent, which you give when you submit the enquiry form. You can withdraw that consent at any time. See Your rights below.
We also rely on legitimate interests to keep records of enquiries on behalf of our clients and to measure how well our advertising is performing. Performance measurement is only ever carried out in aggregate.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone other than the business you enquired with and the service providers listed below. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
The business you enquired with
If you submitted an enquiry through an advertisement for a specific company, your details are passed to that company so they can respond to you. From that point, that company is responsible for your data under its own privacy policy, as an independent data controller.
